Hi! Im Johnathan, I grew up in the rocky mountains of northern Idaho with a love for adventure and the outdoors :) During the summer I work as a wildland firefighter for the local forest and travel around North America spending my time hiking all summer searching out fires and snuffing them out with my fellow crew members. Seasonal layoff comes in the fall with the opportunites for travel and project time for me, I always look foward to being able to spend some time focusing on my hobbies and others intrests such as traveling, carpentry, welding ect...and just generally exploring, well thats me in a nut shell, hope to see you soon!

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite music is tough... All time would be Soul music and any variation thereof such as Otis Redding, Sam Cooke, Al Green, Gladys Knight. Classic soul is my go to favorite and I have been lucky enough to find soe great modern artists such as Leon Bridges and others.. genreally I love all music though ranging from Sturgill Simpson, Cody Jinks, Tyler Childers to Hip hop such as SiR, J. Cole, and many others.

Favorite movies would have to inculde Legends of the Fall, A River runs through it and Gladiator... Love a good tragedy haha.

Books... Fiction : Old Star wars, King killer series, Eragon series. Any good Sci Fi and Hi Fantasy.
Non Fiction: Love to reading scientific based books such as Culture Code, and Talent Code, Thinking
fast and slow, Outliers, Education of an Idealist. Hard to nail down any specific one, I just love reading
and learning :) Also find myself listening to alot of audio books these days so I can work on something
else at the same time.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good company, good food and great coversation. And if you need any handyman help around your living place I am good with tools and can lend a helping hand. Have helped many friends along the way in building houses and taking care of land. Strong back, willing hand and sharp mind, glad to contribute however I can.
