Travelling to Turkey from april to june !

I’m Fabiola or Fabi from France, nice to meet you 🌸
I’m currently doing a gap year to look for new adventures and experiencing my first solo trip in Türkiye for the next three months ☀️
Otherwise I’m studying agriculture in France and just finished my erasmus in Germany.

I’m spontaneous, extravert and curious to talk about any topic that is important to you. The aim of my trip is to get out of my comfort zone, break clichés, seek for different perspectives and discover a little part of the planet Earth 🌍

I’m an absolute mountain lover, especially the moment when I’ve reached the top and I get wonderful views on even more peaks. Hiking gives me so much energy, I always want to climb further. While travelling, I enjoy discovering some hidden, alternative/left ring places where I can feel safe and truly myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Firstly I just can’t picture myself trying to understand a country and its culture if I don’t meet the inhabitants and rather stay in hostels. I also figured that my best night-outs are the ones where I meet new people (in bars or clubs) so I think meeting my hosts will definitely be the key point of my trip.
Not to mention but as a student on a solo trip, couch surfing is also the safest (and cheapest^^) way to travel so let’s gooo

Interests

I enjoy buying local food, understanding how a region was shaped and learning the specificities of a territory. I love going out to listen to live music, sharing stories with strangers, go to second-hand shops, dance the night away 🎶🎉 I’m always down for a beer !

I have many food cravings that can make my day instantly 100x happier, like truffle, kiwis, hazelnuts, buckwheat… I hope we’ll be able to share some of that together.

I was a drummer and a flute player so I’ve always been a lot into music, especially at night biking on my way home 🎶
I listen to pretty much every genre, I’d be very interested to discover local artists and traditional music from places I’ll end up in. Let’s listen to some live music together!

Movies : I’m not so much into movies, so if you have good recommandation (films from your country), I’d be very happy to hear it
