Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling on this time hostels are very empty and meeting w people from CS feels almost like going out with people from the hostel. The best talks are the ones about different cultures and the things that we have in common also because it makes us see how our world is made of the countries we have been to but also some things are the same because we are all the same species.

!!!! Please I beg you, don’t try to hang out with me if you use CS as a dating app, I don’t use dating apps because I believe love is natural, effortless and happens when it supposed to happen. I’m here to meet people from different places who I will possibly keeps friends with.

I think the app has such a good intent of offering people’s couch. Traveling don’t supposed to be expensive, everybody supposed to be traveling and learning about different cultures and seeing different places so you can evolve, build more empathy and knowledge, but tourism makes it so expensive. This app should work as creating friends around the world and knowing there is a coach somewhere in the world that it will always makes you feel like home and the same it will be on my coach in NYC. Such a shame the world is so sexist that makes the app don’t work like this, it really makes me sad.
