Hi there! I’m a young woman (21) from Aarhus in Denmark, which most of you probably never heard of;)
I love to travel and to meet people and get to see their favorite parts of their hometown. I have already had so many fantastic experiences through Couchsurfing: dancing at egyptian weddings - learning to dance like a real Moroccan - going to traditional hamam - and most of all just getting to know so many great people and listen to their stories.
Currently I am traveling in Portugal as I just signed off the training ship Danmark on board which I have been sailing the past three months. My friend from the ship, Gunhild and I want to slowly make our way back to Europe, hitchhiking and meeting lots of locals along the way. We would love to stay with you and share some of our sailor stories!

I read all the books I can find around in the hostels:) So my taste is pretty eclectic;) I love to listen to traditional and local music! And I would like to learn some folk dances or traditional instruments:)
