I am a retired Russian naval officer after 23 years of service. I served in the Far East. After retirement, I worked in Israel and St. Petersburg. In the 2014 my wife and I moved from St. Petersburg to Bulgaria. We do not live in Nessebar, which is the main city of our community, but in a small quiet town of St. Vlas, away from noisy entertainment and historical places. But here the air is good and the sea is nearby.We have two daughters and four grandchildren. Our children live in Spain and Israel. Whenever we have the opportunity, we try to travel in our own car.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My wife and I traveled several times from St. Petersburg to Bulgaria and back by car and we really liked the different good people. which we met on the way in different countries. Coachsurfing is an opportunity to see like-minded people all over the world.
