About Me
Hello! I'm Denis, I am a physics student from Brazil, currently doing a semester abroad in Leeds, and looking forward to getting to know the rest of the UK! I recently discovered my passion for travelling, and finally decided to give Couchsurfing a go.
I can be a little shy at first, but I loosen up quickly, and I'll never say no to a good conversation over a beer or two (or five haha). I also can't live without my guitar, which I've been playing for about thirteen years. I play mostly Brazilian music, bossa nova, samba, choro, etc, but I'm open to any style. I'm a very curious person, with many hobbies, such as playing chess and taking photos. I recently bought a good camera and been trying to learn more about photography. I really like to play and watch sports, mainly football and volleyball. I am also passionate about films and cinema, and I always try to watch a good movie in a cinema around the cities I visit .
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Its been a long time since I heard about Couchsurfing, and I always wanted to try it out.
Unfortunately, as I'm living in a student accommodation, I have no room to host anyone at the moment, but I'm definitely planning on doing so in the future.
