Hello, my name is Ofek. I live in Kibbutz Eilot in the south of Israel, close to the border with Egypt. I am 25 years old, I really like to travel in Israel and the world, I enjoy riding bicycles and fixing all the faults in them.
This is my first trip to the USA, and I am very excited about it. I have a lot of plans and I hope to complete them all.
The previous summer I traveled in Europe, part of the trip by bicycle. I have been to England, France, Switzerland and Italy.
3 years ago I traveled in Mexico and Guatemala, with my whole family. It was very special to get to know a culture so different from what I know.
I really enjoyed traveling, meeting the local people, the local food and of course the special views.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I chose couch surfing, because of the opportunity to get to know the real people who live in the places I will visit. For me, this is the main part of the trip. Through getting to know the locals I can get to know the place in the best and most fun way.
