I love meeting new people all over the world. As a student, I know it's expensive to travel while staying in hotels or hostels all the time.

I've had some great experiences meeting people through Couchsurfing and it gives me an insight into the daily life of the people living in the city I'm traveling to thus helping me understand the place better.
I can also tell people I meet about the cultures of my own country.
