Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people all over the world. As a student, I know it's expensive to travel while staying in hotels or hostels all the time. Plus, the impersonal vibe of such travel arrangements can get old quick and take a part of the experience of travel away.

I've had some great experiences meeting people through Couchsurfing and it gives me an insight into the daily life of the people living in the city I'm travelling to thus helping me understand the place better.
