I'm a 24-year-old life enthusiast from the sunny South of France 🌞

I just graduated from university and am planning a trip across Asia to paint different sceneries and places along the way and discover local cultures !

I like to meet new people and cultures, and enjoy taking looking out into the world around a nice meal.
In my free time, you'll find me painting outdoors, playing jazz with my friends, and practicing endurance sports (hiking, running, road bike). I also love getting lost in nature (ideally in the middle of nowhere).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During my trips in Japan, all of the people I met had their own piece of wisdom, funny stories or crazy experiences to share. It shaped the person I am today and helped me grow. This is when I realised that my favorite part of traveling was actually meeting people !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got lost in the jungle of a small Japanese island during a storm. Night soon came, and I managed to find a dead tree with just enough space to shelter for a long, sleepless, and soaked night. The next morning, I hiked back down the mountain and started hitchhiking to get back to civilization. Luckily, three teachers on holiday picked me up and we ended up having an unforgettable time together! They brought me to the local bar, the beach and their school, which made me forget about the jungle adventure !

I’m eager to learn about local customs, traditional art forms, or any hidden hiking routes in the area. I’d also love to pick up some words in new languages or hear about local legends and stories.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I know how to cook a few delicious French/Mediterranean dishes

I can teach drawing, playing drums, mathematics, French... (If you have music instrument I'm always ready for an improvised jam !) I'd love to join a jam session if you play music as well !
If you’re into outdoor activities, I’m always up for a hike or a run!
