I think it’s enough to do at least one fun or empowering activity a day - read a good poem, enjoy fully one song, call your friend or plan the 6-months trip (hope it’ll finally happen 🤞🏼)

I can the the guitar, little bit the ukulele and usually prepare shisha correctly.
