Hello there! I am Marina, 21-years old student from Bilbao, Basque Country (Spain). At the moment, I am in my forth year of drama studies, which will end up in June. My dream is to become an actress, dancer or at least work in the theatre or arts bussiness. Twenty years from now I would like to give drama lessons a space in school education (at least in the Basque Country) and use the positive aspects of arts to develop social skills between kids . I work as a shop assistant and drama teacher on the weekends.

I consider myself a very friendly, open-minded, extrovert and hard-working person. Thanks to my studies I’ve also developed new skills to work in big groups and to read and understand people faster.
Since I was very little, I’ve always been a very curious person. I think that’s the reason why I’ve always enjoyed travelling. Actually, apart from theatre, travelling and learning about new cultures is what fullfills me the most.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As an actress and drama teacher,I have the need to experience and be exposed different environments, different cultures. My next dream will be to travel around the world and get to know different people from different countries. Couchsurfing will allow me to meet people from different cities and backgrounds and learn and fun with them!
