About Me

Instagram: @julioaltairr

Hello! I’m a young boy who studies pharmacy and I really want to know the world! Lenguages: Spanish, English and a little German and french.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m here because last times I’ve travelled, I del like I didn’t learn a lot. I flew thousands of kilometers to do the same that in my home. I would like to soak up the culture through the eyes of a local person, learn more than regular tourists and make friends around the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love any type of music, but most of all, The Doors, Jimmy Hendrix, caribean salsa, and hip.hop. I like spanish flamenco too. My favorite singer but nevertheless is Kanye West.

About Cinema: I love it. I can’t say which is my favorite film. I like a lot Vertigo (Hitcoch), Apocalype now (Coppola), Taxi Driver, (Scorsece), One flews over the cuco’s nest... Italian cinema too: 8 1/2, La Dolche Vita, Mama Roma...

I really like books, especially spanish and hispoamerican writters; Gabriel García Márquez (100 años de soledad), Gabriel García Lorca (Poeta en Nueva York).
My favorite gender is test book and history. These days I’m reading Seutonio Roman Empire writter who talks about the life of Julio Cesar, Octavio Augusto, Tiberio, Calígula...

I like theater too. Especially shakespeare and greek tragedies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once, I saved someone’s life. He almost drowned in the sea and I rescued him and revived him. Canarian beaches are treacherous.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach about spanish and hispanoamerican culture: mussueums, gastronomy, fauna and flora and the best places of the island. Moreover, I came from a very educated family. We could chat about politics or about the Roman Empire.

Countries I’ve Visited

Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
