Traveling is mainly about the novelty of meeting people who are different but also similar.
I like to keep that in mind whenever I'm traveling or hosting.
I think that getting to know people with different backgrounds, unique experiences, sharing a laugh and a drink, having a warm conversation, and in the end making a friend, is a very rewarding thing and we must seek more of it.
