About Me

Hi, I'm Karol. I'm 25 years old, married to Rafael, with 2 pet children: Teodoro (a cat) and Guinho (a dog).

I've a degree in Law and I still work as a Lawyer. After graduating, I went to live my 1st international professional experience in Egypt in a different field than I had worked for years. It was then that I found myself questioning my career and becoming more and more passionate about traveling, meeting people, getting to know other perspectives on life...

But, mainly, since then, I find myself in search of my life purpose... Something I want to work with with real passion and meaning.

Travel helps me to get out of my comfort zone and delve more and more into my self-knowledge, bringing me closer to the clarity of my life purpose!

Interests

I am travel lover. I really love meeting people and cultures different from mine and talk about deep stuff like the life, carreer, personal interests, passions and also about everyday things!

I like to travel alone or accompanied. I do believe that in every style of travel it's possible to mature and experience important things for my personal development.

I love dancing. Dancing is like a meditation for me. By the way, I'm a beginning yoga practitioner and I've loved.

I really enjoy reading personal and professional development books.

As the good taurine that I am, I love to eat hahahaha I love to eat good food and try different cuisines.

Daring Greatly - Brené Brown

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I crossed Egypt completely alone to get to the border with Israel (even the locals telling me that a foreigner shouldn't do this trip alone) and I felt great to have made it!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer a good conversation, teach a few words in Portuguese and a delicious brigadeiro (brigadeiro is a very common sweet in Brazil and my specialty hahaha)

Countries I’ve Visited

Egypt, Greece, Morocco, Paraguay, Turkey, United Kingdom
