About Me
My name is Jércules, I'm brazilian and I currently live in Bahia, Brazil. My parents and siblings live in São Paulo. I love traveling and meeting new people, making new friends, knowing more about their countries, cultures, lifestyle and other things. I've been to 13 countries. I like reading books, watching series and movies, learning other languages, swimming, hiking... I love adventure, parties, beaches, nature...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The biggest advantage of Couchsurfing is to meet locals. By inviting you for free into their home, they are generally expecting more than just exchanging a few words at your arrival. Talking with your hosts, getting to know them will teach you more about the country you travelled to than any tour you might join. Capturing everyday life abroad is priceless. If you give Couchsurfing a go, you will be amazed by the diversity of our world and its people. Even in one single country, you can see how there are tons of different lifestyles.
Living with people creates unforgettable bounds. The simple fact that your hosts invite you into their home without even knowing you in person first is already amazing. The proximity of sharing a space will only bring you closer in just a matter of days. I am not saying that you will fall in love (that's possible) but you will certainly create wonderful friendships.
Music, Movies, and Books
MPB (Brazilian Popular Music), Rock, Indie, Pop and others.
LOS HERMANOS is my favourite band. Their songs (melodies and lyrics) are real poetry! They're amazing!
Movies (there's a lot of them that I like)
Books: Assassins' Creed; Rich Dad Poor Dad and others.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teaching and learning languages, country cultures, traditions, parties...
What I Can Share with Hosts
Sharing my skills and teaching each other something. This could be a song, info about Brazil, a holiday tradition, sports advice, how to cook a meal from my country. Teaching my mother tongue to my hosts.
