About Me

It’s really hard to say who I am, I think I’m traveling in order to discover it always a little bit more. I can say what I like and what I don’t.
I like traveling because I’m in love with this planet and I want to discover and to enjoy it the most I can; I like traveling also and maybe mostly because it’s the best way to change your perspective on things, to watch the world from different points of view and to discover that there are infinite ways to live life and that our own is not always the best.
So, at the end I love traveling for the same reason why I love psychology: I’m deeply interested in people and I’m happy every time I have the opportunity to discover something new about them and so, consequently, about me.
What I really don’t like is monotony and banality: I’m afraid of routine because I think that we can adapt ourselves very easily to every kind of situation, also the worst ones, telling ourselves that this is “Normality”.
Life is full of colors and I want to try to see them the most I can, I don’t want to settle for a life in black and white.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most of all old songwriters like Bob Dylan and Cohen and also the italian ones like De Andrè, Lucio Dalla, De Gregori etc.
Reading is one of my biggest passion and it's probably the only constant in my life. It’s hard to say what I like reading but some of the the books that changed my life are the ones of the italian writer Pirandello and the psychologist Carl Gustav Jung. I also love reading books about oriental philosophy and mindfulness but most of all the ones about psychology.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve booked a one way ticket to Bangkok and now I’m traveling alone for some months in South-East Asia without taking any flight and without any plan, just improvising and choosing where to go day by day.
