About Me

hey :)

Currently not really able to host

I’m from Switzerland, and when not studying, I wander here and there, I think spontaneity is a great attitude to life! Big fan of the Monty Python, my laughter is said to be contagious

I always have a sketchbook in my backpack, tea bags and a rain hat too

I would be very happy to meet you, to share our travel stories, to learn some words of your language or to draw your portrait!

Very sensitive to social, civil and ecological issues, and tired of living in a patriarcal and capitalistic world..
I write poems, it gives me a boost, or a tear, sometimes both

(Oh and would you like to try a very healthy Bircher muesli ? Trust me, it tastes better than what it sounds)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To make authentic encounters and trips!
I want to live in a world where human beings share and trust each others, i guess couch surfing is a way to make it real :)
During summer 2022 I took an interrail journey, through Czech republic and Scandinavia, on my own and spent the night between trains and CS host, it was an wonderful experience and I am so grateful for having cross the path of these people that I am very looking forward to continue this Couch surfing experience!

Music, Movies, and Books

The first CD I received was the Beatles Album "Revolver" which should have had an influence on my tastes, because I do listen a lot to artists and group of the 60ies/70ies
and rock of the 90ies…

I am always fascinated by the universe of Jodorowsky, especially in the Holy Mountain movie
Terrence Malick’s Tree of Life makes me cry
And Chloé Zaho’s Nomadland makes me wonder why I don’t live in a car
…!
Also in the discovery of chinese cinematography, in which the treatment of the light is incredibly beautiful and moving!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
