Where should I start? My name is Veronika and I am glad if I can enjoy life with all its tastes. I enjoy the diversity and exploration of the human soul.

Music and culture are important parts of me. Most of the time I work as project manager at music festivals or various events. I play guitar, cello and I write my own songs - it's my little inner reflection. Even though I move in a creative environment - study and work in music management - I consider myself a relatively rational being.

I found Couchsurfing as an interesting way to meet people - I’ve already met some awesome souls :) I like the concept of getting to know more about our regions and all of these stories behind.

I am from Trenčín - Slovakia, I was studying in Czech republic for 3 years and now travelling solo in Canada.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a great way to get to know cities from the most realistic perspective. To exchange experiences, insights, share a piece of each other's world.

I'm heading to Canada in September and planning a year of solo travel here. I've been travelling around Europe for the past few years and have met a lot of fantastic people. Canada has always been a little dream of mine, so I figured there is no reason to wait any longer. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- At the age of 16, I started organizing music festivals
- At the age of 18, I co-founded own music festival - we are organizing till now
- I worked on a fundraising campaign for the National Theatre in Brno (Czech Republic)
