Working for a company that is focus on DE&I and that is also employing people from different backgrounds and speaking divers languages(French,English, Arabic, polish, Russian, Italian, Spanish, German and so on...) just made me and continue making me realize how much i like and I'm willing to meet peoples from different horizons and different ethnicities..so that I could acquire more approaches and inclusive behaviors and be aware of different biases and stereotypes people are facing from around their divers localities and try build a word where there's no differences based on where you're from or your social status
