I am Gökberk from Turkey, and currently on Erasmus in Paris. I love taking pictures, meeting new people and hearing their stories.

I have lived in Brazil for a year in high school as an AFS exchange student. Since then I started wondering about the world and different cultures even more.

Being a world citizen is my main goal and trying to accomplish this dream as I meet people on my journeys.

Music, Movies, and Books

I was a huge of Metallica but I enjoy listening to more calm songs now. Also enjoy listening to Brazilian Forró even though they are not calm at all :)
I was very surprised when I found out The Away Days was actually a Turkish band.

Inception is the movie I have watched the most but it was because of the broken DVD player at my home :) Cannot tell that I didn’t enjoy. I still love watching the animation movies of my childhood because I have a collection of VCD’s of them.

My favorite writer might be John Verdon as I have read all of his detective books in the first month it came out. Thomas Brezina was my childhood icon. Jean-Christophe Grangé’s books are the heritage of my sister and I love Paulo Coelho’s Hippie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I swam across the Bosphorus and welcomed first sun flares of 2019 in Atlantic Ocean.
