Overview
About Me
i simply wish to understand, to learn, and to be a guest in this world i travel.
after working and saving i quit my job. i finally started traveling full-time which was my childhood dream. but seeing the world has made me painfully aware of my own privilege. it’s becoming hard for me to travel because i realize now that i’m just a tourist, not an 'adventurer.' the struggles i face on the road are voluntary while the inequality around me is real. it doesn't feel bohemian anymore. it feels like neocolonialism. and i’m trying my hardest not to contribute to that dynamic

i’m a junior medical doctor who lives in çanakkale. for me it is the most beautiful city in the world. feel free to ask me anything about çanakkale or türkiye. i would love to tell you about my culture, give travel tips.
my boyfriend lives in istanbul. i often visit him. if you come for a trip to istanbul, maybe we can meet there too.
please be aware that i prioritize hosting women and queer individuals as i want to provide a safe space for them.
