About Me
Hey there, welcome to my profile!! 😊
This is Ege, from Turkey. I just graduated from Ege University (yes my name and my university is same haha) and my major is Computer Engineering. I'm unemployeed. I wanted to take some time for myself before I started working. I haven't used couchsurfing before, but I saw it from many youtubers I watch and it looked like a great platform. So now it's my turn to try 😁.
I love traveling since I was 11. My first international travel experience was when I was 11. I and my family traveled Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary. I was mesmerised when I saw beautiful architectural structures, food and culture that I had never seen before. It was beautiful journey for me and after that experience I always dreamt for travel. I'm in love with food! I believe eating a local dish is the best way to learn about the culture of that region. Architectural structures is my weakness i always look some random building over 10 min. But it heals my soul for some reason 😂.
I'm generally cheerful and positive person. I can be shy and quiet sometimes but it doesn't last long. I'm obsessed with cats. I have 5 cats at my home (crazy cat dad yeah that's me). I love all animals but cats have special place in my heart.
I love to talk to people while drinking a good beer. People say i am very good listener so we can talk about everyhting.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
While I was studying at the university, I realized that I was not very happy to be in this department. I didn't have the courage to change my major so I promised to go on a European tour to reward myself when education is over. Whenever I felt overwhelmed, I always wanted to take my bag and run away to places I did not know. And here I am filling my couchsurfing profile, to meet beautiful people and get unforgettable experiences.
In addition to seeing new places, meeting new people and collecting memories is also very valuable for me.
I belive couchsurfing will be the best way to provide it
