I am a full time social care worker, weekly yoga instructor and occasionally video editor. I spent most years of my life in India where values like diversity, equality and sustainability becomes important part of my character.
I always run for happiness and brave enough to take action for it.
I am open minded and learning something new keeps me going in life. you can compare me with a bee which takes honey from different flowers and collect it at one place.

Health
To experience anything in this world we need a good health and that is the most important aspect of our life.
I can share my knowledge of Yoga and Ayurveda. Including some breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation.

Food
People say that Food and Music is the best way to connect people from different cultures.
I can cook some delicious Indian dishes and love to try new food from different cultures.

Art
As my first profession was Film Making. I got chance to explore world cinema and I would love to talk about the things I learned from these movies. I can also recommend some amazing Indian movies which people are usually unaware about. I tried to create V-logs and I am happy to help with my film making skills.

Science
Recently I developed my interest in the science of Mind and Behaviour. I am reading things about psychology where I learned some interesting facts about human and I want to further deepen my knowledge in this area.
