Overview
About Me
Civil engineer, with 1 year specialisation in roads, rail, airport and traffic engineering.
I believe that honesty and kindness are the 2 most humanist and beautiful traits anyone can have.
"Fear is a friend that doesn't like to be accepted".
"May ourselves be perceived mainly through the words we speak".
"J'accepte la grande aventure d'être moi" - Somone de Beauvoir.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm planning to make a pause to my career and life at home, and start an adventure I dream about for several years already, but haven't had the courage and clearity to take this decision until today.
The plan is to travel on a budget. That comprehends:
- couchsurfing
- hitchhiking
- volunteering on local businesses
Whilst connecting with other like-mided people.
On the free time that I have, I intend to dedicate myself to develop my writing skills and engage with it socially (online or real life) to perhaps become a freelance writer. I would start to create a travel blog, for instance.
This could take few months, half a year, 1 year, 2 years...Let's see how it goes. Many things can happen I believe, even start a new life during this period.
Planning to start in Bogotá, Colombia, and go all the way down south America, and north aftewards (if i reach this situation).
Please feel free to reach out if you have any comment or tip to add, or if you want to be a travel buddy :)
Cheers
