Hello!
My name is Louis, I'm 24 and I come from France.

After my studies in a business school, during which I was in an apprenticeship in an indoor bike park, and before heading to working life, I'm an on train trip all over Europe for 3 months. In fact I did'nt have the opportunity to travel for several years, and I missed it as I used to go abroad and meet new people often when I was younger. Thus, I wanna benefit from this period in between studies' end and first job to go on such a huge trip, as this kind of opportunity may never appear again.

To tell you a bit about my personnality, at first I may seem a bit introverted as sometime I struggle to break the ice, but once it's done, I am a really talkative person. I'm really curious, I always look for learning new things on many different topics. I like hanging out, practicing sport, having a drink, partying, dancing and meeting new interesting new people. I also try to be as more helpful as possible. By the way, if you wan't, I would love to prepare you a French meal ! Lastly, it might reassure you to know that I'm really tidy. My family and friends even sometimes say I'm maniac 😅

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was younger, I participated in several exchanges through which I met amasing people I will nether forget. And I would like to repeat this kind of experience, which I think is possible to do through couchsurfing. In fact, I went on a train trip to discover new and beautiful places, but to meet new and great persons with who sharing experiences first of all! Also I think meeting with locals is the best way to discover a place.

And in the meantime, in a way, I'm impatient to head back home in order to host couchsurfers, doing my part of the job for the community, and because I deeply love to have people discovering the area I live in and my culture and way of life!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen mostly to electronic / techno / house music and pop-rock. My favorite song is "One more time" from Daft Punk, as it always make me wanna dance, eventhough I've eared it thousands of times.

I'm not a movie addict. Yet, if I had to choose one, I would say "Forest Gump" and "The Prestige" (I know, it makes two, but they both are really incredible!).

I used to read a lot when I was a kid, unfortunatly I lost that habit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the adventure I'm currently living is extroardinary, beeing able to visit so many differents places through one trip, to (re)discover many cultures and to meet new people everyday. And as I carry on my journey, I hope it will get more and more extraordinary!
