Somos una familia a la que nos encanta viajar y la naturaleza. Desde siempre hemos realizado viajes mochileros por todo el mundo, con predilección por los países del sudeste asiático. Después de que naciera nuestro hijo, hemos continuado viajando alrededor del mundo. Nuestro hijo de 7 años ha conocido 10 países.

Cuando no estamos viajando nos encanta hacer rutas de senderismo y estar en contacto con la naturaleza.

We are Marian and Raúl and we have a son. We are an spanish family that loves traveling and nature.

We (Marian and Raúl ) traveled as backpackers and we are always looking for a new destination. After our son was born, we continue traveling around the world. Our son (7 years old) has traveled through 10 countries.

When we are not traveling we try to do trekking or hiking trails.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Cuando viajamos siempre hemos echado en falta conocer mejor la cultura, costumbres y la forma de vivir diaria de las personas del país. Couchsurfing es una oportunidad en este sentido, pues nos permite conocer cómo vive una familia local, visitar lugares que solo los lugareños conocen y llevarnos una impresión más cercana del lugar.

When we travel we have always missed knowing better the culture, customs and daily way of life of the people of the country. Couchsurfing is an opportunity in this sense, as it allows us to learn how a local family lives, visit places only locals know about and get a closer impression of the place.

Somos una familia a la que le encanta leer y siempre intentamos buscar un momento para la lectura. Actualmente estamos leyendo "el regalo" de Eloy Moreno, "Nemesis" de Max Hastings y "Grandes aventureros" de Alastair Humphreys.

Nos gusta una gran variedad de música. No tenemos un género concreto.

Películas que nos encantan son: Memorias de África, Gladiator, Dirty Dancing, Regreso al Futuro... Actualmente vemos muchas películas de dibujos animados. :-)

We are a family that loves to read and we always try to find a time for reading. We are currently reading "the gift" by eloy moreno, "Nemesis" by Max Hastings and "Great Adventurers" by Alastair Humphreys.

We like a wide variety of music. We don't have a specific gender.

Movies that we love are: Out of Africa, Gladiator, Dirty Dancing, Back to the Futur... Nowadays we watch a lot of cartoon movies. :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

No sé si es increíble, pero para nosotros viajar en familia es lo más increíble que hacemos: Vivir experiencias en familia, Compartir el tiempo juntos, Solucionar entre todos los obstáculos del viaje, Conocer personas y lugares maravillosos, Pasar una noche en un cielo diferente y compartir nuestro tiempo, son las cosas que para nosotros merecen la pena.

We don't know if it's incredible, but for us traveling as a family is the most incredible thing we do: Live experiences as a family, Share time together, Solve the obstacles of the trip together, Meet wonderful people and places, Spend a night in a different sky and share our time, are the things that are worthwhile for us.
