Hi everyone,

I am Atakan and I am 22 years old. I am studying Computer Science and double major of Economics concurrently. I am interested in a lot of sports areas like football, volleyball, surfing, and windsurfing. I like traveling in my country and now I am starting to discover the world.

As a guest, I am a talkative and kind person. I am aware that your home is the most private place of your life so I can guarantee that I am not going to disturb you about time, noise and other things. My favorite activity at home is cooking and cleaning. Maybe we can cook together or I can help you with cleaning :) I am grateful to all Couchsurfing family, cause they provide an amazing opportunity to guests.

As a host, I am extremely open to all guests from all around the world. I want to meet new friends from different countries and from my country as well. Since I am a student, I know the situations of being a student :) There is one point about my home that can be considered as disadvantage, I want to talk about this. It's the location of my apartment. It's a bit far from the center of Istanbul but I have a car and I can lift you up to the nearest public transportation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I am a student and mostly I have limited amount of money for traveling and I can find a place for me to stay at night in here. However, one additional reason for me is that I want to meet new people and new cultures from the world. Couchsurfing provides a great opportunity in terms of culture transfer.
