I’m an experimental physicist, originally from Pakistan, where I spent my formative years in the beautiful city of Islamabad, nestled beside the breathtaking Margalla Hills. I have been living in Hong Kong for over three years now, fully embracing the vibrant culture and diverse community here. Before moving to Hong Kong, I spent six fulfilling years in Mainland China, conducting my doctoral and postdoctoral research while shuttling between Beijing and Shenzhen. I also had the opportunity to participate in short research visits to Germany and the United States, which allowed me to form lasting connections with individuals from various backgrounds.

My work as an experimental physicist fuels my passion for exploring the mysteries of the universe, and I thrive on the excitement of discovery. Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy playing badminton and hiking, often spending my weekends discovering the natural beauty that Hong Kong has to offer.
