Hi, my name is Norbi and I'm 27 years old. I graduated from Budapest University of Technology and Economincs in 2019 and I'm working in finance in Budapest. I love meeting new people, experiencing new things and cultures, hearing stories from all aroud the world preferably with a beer or a glass of wine in hand.
I love the winter, maybe it's because I used to play ice hockey for 9 years and thus I spent half my day on an ice rink. :D
I'm also really into climbing and extreme sports in general. I have done via ferrata multiple times and in 2020 we climbed Dachstein mountain in the Alps with my friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling and it's more fun if I get to meet new people. This way I can experience the place I'm visiting through the eyes of a local. I'm more interested in the secrets of a city rather than the average tourist places. I also think that I'm a great cook and I can show you hungarian cuisine! :D
I also love hiking so if you can recommend nice hiking trails, that would be awesome!

Music: Drum n Bass, Techno, House, Indie, Rock, Alter etc... I like most types of music :D
Movies and Series: Requiem for a Dream, Saving Private Ryan, Snatch, Argo, Band of Brothers, Dr. House, Game of Thrones, Suits, House of Cards, House of the Dragon and the list goes on and on. I love watching movies and series.
Books: I'm mostly into fantasy, I loved Metro 2033 from Dmitry Glukhovsky, the Harry Potter series, A Song of Ice and Fire, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have once performed first aid on a person that fell on the tram and his forehead opened up quite badly. It was very nice to help a fellow human out, but I needed to stay there for the next 2 hours dicussing the details with paramedics, police and the investigator of the public transport service and it was around 2AM in the morning..:D
