Hi there! I'm Carlotta and I'm a 22 years old Italian student doing Erasmus in Bucharest. I love travelling and I've been volunteering and working around Europe during college years. I am a very positive and energetic person and I would love to meet people through couchsurfing in order to learn as much as I can about the country I'm visiting and its culture, and making new friends around the world!

兴趣

I spent one year studying in Argentina in 2018 and after that I couldn't stop thinking of traveling around the world and meet amazing people as the ones that I met in South America. Because of COVID I wasn't able to find a way to work and live abroad for almost two years, until last summer, during which I spent two months babysitting as an aupair in a tiny village in northern Denmark. I travelled with workaway twice, in Poland and Germany. Volunteering there was mainly physical work, which I quite enjoyed. In both places hosts were happy with the way I worked and we also had a great time together.
I also love animals and have experience taking care of them, since I worked as a Volunteer for years at dogs and Horses' rescues centers. 
I'm keen on cooking, I've been doing it my whole life, for myself, family, friends and hosts. People always love my Italian dishes, but I can cook other kind of food too.
I volunteered at Red Cross for one year and I helped ucranian people learning spanish and getting used to Spain.
I'm currently on an internship in European Project Management in Bucharest.
