I'm İlke. I'm a Turkish student studying in Istanbul and who lived and studied in Poland.
I'm currently studying genetics and I'm really passionate about my field. I'm always into science and current scientific development.
My other passion is grabbing my backpack and travelling to new places that I've never seen before, meeting local people there, observing regular life of them, seeing the difference between their eyes and my eyes, which is very interesting for me. Since I was a child, I always liked meeting new people and making new friends, so I think I'm an easy going and chill person 🍾🥳
Also, I'm very into dancing and music 💃 If you are also into it, I'm pretty sure that we will have the best time dancing 🥳

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always liked travelling and meeting new people from different cultures. So, meeting new people while travelling around is a very exciting oppurtinity for me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love watching movies/series and reading books. I'm very into sci-fi and fantastic movies such as Harry Potter, Marvel or Star wars... I general I like every sci-fi/fantastic movie or book. I also really like mystery or crime stuff when it comes to books or movies.
And about the music taste of mine, I'm very into alternative rock 🥳 My favorite band is Arctic Monkeys, or if we say bands, I also like The Neighbourhood, Nirvana and Chase Atlantic 🤌🏻 Also I'm basically into every kind of music if there is a rhytmn that I can dance for 💃
