The grumpy and critical character of the French is not a legend! and it is true that we are proud (and not arrogant ;-) ) of our freedom to think but, in my opinion, rather pessimistic...
This is why when I discovered Mexican culture, I experienced a real love at first sight. I am an unconditional fan of this kindness, joyful and lively culture. I try to make it my daily driving guide.
I’m not very outgoing at first (shy enough) but always sincere in my interest for the other.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Although I live in a small village, less popular than the big cities, I aspire to meet and exchange with new people from other horizons, sharing my ideology of "we are the world" and thus send good vibrations to the universe.
After living in UK for 2 months and in Spain for 7 months, having been enriched by many international meetings, I aspire to regain this very rewarding state of mind.
Either by welcoming travelers, or by traveling (if my budget allows me!) and meet people who will know how to transmit to me the attachment that they carry to their culture, their country...
From my experience I have noticed that we learn a lot more about ourselves by listening to others talk about them, and exchanging with people with a different culture from his is very rewarding humanly speaking.
