My name is Anna and i’m crazy girl. I was born in Irkutsk, Siberia in Russia. After school i have successfully passed my exams and suddenly entered the University in Moscow to study cartography (mapmaking). After 1,5 years of study + small trips i decided to take gap year to travel all year 2024 around the world.

So i left Russia in January 2024. Still now i’ve been travelling last 9 months with my backpack, tent and sleeping bag.

What do i want? I want explore different cultures, meet new people and have life experience to get to know myself.

I’m travelling with my ukulele, it’s like small guitar. Sometimes i do play ukulele on the streets to earn money, but mostly i play for myself and for my sweet hosts.

At my home l’m vegetarian but while i’m travelling I’m flexitarian - it means that I still prefer vegetarian food but i can eat some peaces of meat in food specifically if it’s national dish in country where i’m currently now. I don’t mind to try everything :)

I do host people in my hometown Irkutsk at my family’s home and i do hang out in Moscow, when i’m not travelling. Some important information:
1. My hosts and cs friends are always welcome to my family’s home any time
2. If you need just place to sleep (couch or floor) feel free to ask! but for resting at home/sleep till afternoon i think it’s not really comfortable for my family. Maybe my mother will be in mood to host noname people hah even i’m now at home to communicate with you
3. My family members don’t speak English but they are very funny, depends of their time/work/study and etc
4. I have account on analog of couchsurfing for russians, you can search in telegram or vk bot, i have a lot of references there

When traveling, I like to first of all find out how people live in another country/region. This is why I love communicating with people and exchanging various information, and just having a great time.
