Overview
About Me
I’m a friendly, calm and smiley person that loves nature, photography and people. I enjoy spending my time reading, travelling for real or through stories and pictures of other travellers and learning something new to improve myself.
A curiosity about me could be that I am not a big fan of beer and wine unlike many of my fellow Portuguese.
P.s: I am not using couchsurf as a "dating" app so if you are sending me a message with that purpose is probably not worth your time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe we all have something to learn and share with each other. It can be a simple smile, a story, an experience, knowledge or the joy of getting to know each other and help however we can. I want to meet people with problems, experiences and expectations that differ from mine.

Music, Movies, and Books
My most recent read was Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas. Yes, I like high fantasy books, but also enjoy reading about topics that I want to learn more on and other genders, except for most romances, for example.
Regarding music, I was really into Linking Park when I was younger, maybe influenced by my brother at the beginning. Some I usually come back to nowadays are: One Ok Rock , cold rain, Nepali songs since my time there (ex: Dhayria, Chitthi Britha, Sunideu...) and others I keep finding to change it up.
Would you like to hear some Portuguese music? There's a lot to explore ahah
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2022 I went on my first solo trip, to Nepal, where I spent two months, one of them solo trekking for over 400km in the Annapurna region of the Himalayas, reaching 5417m in altitude, at Thorong La Pass.
Best experience of my life so far, more to come, including coming back to Nepal to explore Everest region.
Fun fact: on my first walk and day around Thamel in Kathmandu I met a local in the morning and ended up at his sister house at night celebrating his son's birthday and being "adopted" by the family.
