About Me

My name is Sami Aissani, and I am passionate about exploring new places and meeting new people. I believe that traveling is not just about visiting tourist attractions, but it's also about immersing yourself in the culture of the place you're visiting and discovering the hidden gems that make each place unique.

As a volunteer English teacher, I have had the opportunity to travel to different countries and experience their diverse cultures firsthand. I have learned that the best way to connect with people from different backgrounds is through language and shared experiences.

As a marketing manager with AIESEC International, I have seen the positive impact that travel and cultural exchange can have on individuals and communities. It opens minds, builds bridges, and creates a more peaceful and understanding world.

So, whether you're a seasoned traveler or just starting out, I encourage you to explore new places and embrace the unknown. Take the time to learn about the culture and customs of the places you visit, and don't be afraid to make new friends along the way. Happy travels!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is much more than just a way to save money. It's also a fantastic way to connect with locals and other travelers who share your interests and passions. Through Couchsurfing, you can make new friends, discover hidden gems that only locals know about, and gain a deeper understanding of the culture and history of the places you visit.

Furthermore, Couchsurfing is a great way to experience a different way of life. By staying with a local host, you can experience the local culture and customs in a way that you wouldn't be able to as a tourist staying in a hotel. This can be a truly eye-opening and transformative experience, and one that you'll never forget.

Overall, Couchsurfing is a wonderful way to travel, make new friends, and experience new cultures. So if you're interested in a more authentic and immersive travel experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

One of my favorite music genres is hip hop, as I love the beats, rhythms, and lyrics of this genre. As for movies, I have a soft spot for stand-up comedies, and some of my favorites are Kevin Hart's "I'm a Grown Little Man," "Laugh at My Pain," and "Let Me Explain." I find his humor relatable and hilarious. When it comes to books, "The Fault in Our Stars" by John Green is a book that has touched me deeply with its poignant and heartwarming story. Overall, these are just a few of my favorite things, and I'm always open to discovering new music, movies, and books.
