I am a Malaysian living in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
Kuala Lumpur is just 12km away and its easily accessible via Grab or Public Transport (LRT: Glenmarie).
Before I host someone, please read my terms and conditions:-

1. I speak English well.
2. I'm a respectful guy with everyone!
3. My house is not big but cozy with a private room, a living room, a bathroom. My condo comes with a pool and a common area (garden)
4. I can offer a private room with single bed and table fan (No air-cond)
5. Give me your Instagram or Facebook to know you better
6. No drinking and smoking indoors is a definite no-no. I'm not a smoker, but there's a balcony if you want to.
7. No check in after 22:00.
8. Check out preferably by 12.00 incase if I have another surfer the same day as I need to clean the house before the next surfer arrives.
9. I will NOT leave my house keys as I work from home and practically will be around all the time
10. Mandatory to share your plans if you are to stay with me to avoid confusion.
11. I do not accept more than 1 surfer at any point.
12. I will NOT accept anyone who just wants to stay 1 night for Visa run or just to chill and relax.

My place is always very clean and organized, and I plan to keep it that way in order to provide best experiences of my personal hygiene and also my culture and upbringing.
