About Me

I am an constantly-curious adventurer who loves diving head first into new cultures and learning about their history and the challenges any system may encounter. I am a pretty chill person and usually up for anything, as long as the odds of dying or getting kidnapped are low enough ;) I have been on one long and a few rather short solo travel trips now; I just feel at home in the travel community.

I am a big fan of learning of any kind, so if you have anything you would like to share with me or something you can teach, I would be very excited!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been traveling in hostels for quite a while now, but I have been feeling the urge to connect with locals on my trip a lot more. I am using workaway to do so as well, but I thought that couchsurfing would be an awesome way to engage with a community of young travelers in the bigger cities and join local events. I am also thinking about becoming a host myself during my master's studies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Survived up until this point lol

Failed at achieving my goals repeatedly

Teach, Learn, Share

I am an avid language learner, so I am always happy to do a language exchange in the languages I am fluent in, or learn some new things in the languages I am learning.

I really like hand balancing (even though I am a beginner) and yoga, so if you are into either of that, we could have a session together!

I am just getting into life drawing, so if you have any drawing experience, I would be really grateful for any tips and recommendations.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am always keen to have a political discussion or just to philosophize on any topic together with someone. I find it intriguing if people have radically different opinions than I do and really like to exchange ideas and thoughts.

I travel with my own chess game, so we could play a chill round and have a coffee or tea together, if you are into that :D

I always enjoy cooking something together with someone else. I don't have a great repertoire of recipes though and I am usually a bit lost in a new kitchen, so we would have to ideate together ;D
