I’m 50+, a mom and grandma, curious and friendly. I want the world to be a better place because I'm here. So I try to be a positive force and live well.

I’m an introvert empath, and enjoy meatings when people are in their energy, displaying accountability for what they put out into the world. I kind of love authentic people. The ones who try to be and show all that it is to be a human. With as much empathy and love as they can muster, both to themselves and to others,

I kind of love people one on one, can handle two, but three is getting to be too much of a crowd for me.

I don’t like it when people are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The above kind of explains why.

I’m useless at conversations about weather or other insignificant subjects.
On the other hand I'm great att deep meaningful conversations about life experience, what it means to be a good fellow human and the meaning of life etc.
I also need time alone, and I like being quiet together.

I have worked with a lot of different things. With daycare, in jail, on a farm, in leadership, in the elderly care, in a fashion store, picking strawberries, as a computer administrator, as a masseur and so on.
And I take new classes all the time, everything from karate, belly dancing, archery and dance to different art classes, like photo and painting with watercoulor. I have taken language classes in spanish, hungarian and French but accepted that I won't learn any new languages. I have even taken guitar- and drum classes without getting musical in the bargain ;)
I have a strong spiritual side. One that I constantly nourish. I am a reiki healer and sometimes do readings.

I´m a walker and love hiking in the mountains. I have walked the camino, been on walking vacation in Scotland and begun a walk a long Swedens coast as a peace project (so far I have walked the first section - from Happaranda, in the upper north on the east coast, down to Umeå).

At the moment I'm working hard at doing as little as possible. Just being in the moment, breathing deeply and listening inwardly.

I love making art, making art together, tea, clean sheets, nature, adventures, learning new things, laughing, the changing of seasons, weather, and other things that makes each day a better day.

I eat and serve plant based food only.
