Moin and welcome,

My name is Max and I only have one plan: There is no plan.
So far, that attitude has carried me around a lot of countries and offered me amazing moments. I started travelling after finishing high school and having no plan what to do next. After a speed run through europe by train with a friend, I started to discover asia and fell in love with this diverse continent with it's friendly people and amazing food. I began to travel solo and tried hitchhiking, one of the best ways to travel for me!

I'm excited for my next adventure and exploring India and Nepal in 2025. I can't wait to see these countries and try some authentic food.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I started using Couchsurfing when I was on my Interrail tour with a friend in 2023 and we wanted to try it. And it worked great, so I try to continue and someday, when I have my own place, be a host as well.

I want to experience the country, culture and food through the people who actually live there. I want to discover the real life and not only the touristic version. There is a great saying: "The people you meet create the paradise you find."

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Being able to travel the world at a young age and meet so many amazing people, while doing incredible things like skydiving, hitchhiking and dancing with locals in a park in Bangkok.

I can teach you some german and how to fold napkins into flowers :)

I also would like to learn whatever skill or knowledge you want to share, as well as sharing stories of travelling and life.
