I do aerial yoga, I meditate and read psychology. I am a spiritual person looking forward to meaningful experiences and to find peace and love in the world. I laugh a lot, I love hard and I manifest.

It is simply sitting silently, witnessing the thoughts, passing before you. Just witnessing, not interfering not even judging, because the moment you judge you have lost the pure witness.
