Hello everyone! My name is Sara, I’m a physicist, and I’m currently doing my PhD. I am quite the curious and enthusiastic one so I have always made academia my main occupation as a source of constant learning. I am deeply interested in neuroscience, art, cinema, and languages. On top of that, I’m studying to become a yoga instructor as I just love learning about myself and the world through it. I also like to go for runs or hikes (or flea markets dive-in, as I have a great passion for them) every time I get the chance. I also find great comfort in playing the piano, reading, taking pictures, or dancing to swing music. Moreover, exploring new places and interacting with old or new friends represents one of the greatest pleasure of life to me – that is why I have decided to randomly go and live in Germany for some time or to travel the world in the transition between my master’s and my PhD.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I just love couchsurfing as a concept. When I was traveling last year, not only did I use it to find hosts but also to meet wonderful people around the world. It makes me feel so connected to the places I’m visiting. Right now, I’m mainly in Turin so I would love to host and keep meeting new friends!
