About Me
** Important note: In the moment we CAN'T HOST people. Hopefully soon again. **
I'm currently studying psychology in Freiburg and working in a Hospiz, which became a very precious and special place for me. Next to that, I spend my time dancing multiple couple dances and hiking somewhere in the black forest. I currently slept the first time in a hammock and I love it so much! Also I am always very happy when I can lose myself some hours in a good book or have long boardgame-nights.
I would describe myself as being very open and interested towards new situations and people, I am calm and grounded and sparkled with energy and adventure.
I don't need much to be happy - some trees, a hammock, paper and pen, good musik, the top of a mountain, a smile...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I travel, I travel by train. I want to feel the distance between places and I want to be slow. Be aware of all the little details on my way. Due to this type of travelling, I often need to make some stops along the way and therefor couchsurfing is such a great help. But it is not only about the practical aspect. It is mostly about getting to know new people from very different cultures, with different perspectives and ideas. It can be so inspiring. You start to relativate the problems you thought you had. You start to realize what life really is about. Experience. Love. Openness. Community.
Interests
Kam wahrscheinlich schon gut raus - Bachata, Kizomba und Zouk sowie Modern Dance interessieren mich sehr. Ich mag Tiere richtig gern, am Liebsten Wale. In der Natur zu sein gibt mir richtig viel.

Music, Movies, and Books
Musically, I'm currently influenced by Tom Odell, Måneskin, Aime Simone, Cage the Elephant and Sleeping at Lasr. But honestly I am very addicted to Brasilian Zouk Music right now :))
Some very interesting and impotant books to me are: Night Train to Lisbon, Life would be a great alternative and The Music of the Whales, Tuesdays with morrie, L'homme qui regardait la montagne
My favourite filmls are Avatar, The Giver and Call me by your name.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A small but important experience I often make is to smile at people and to recieve an unecpected warm smile back :)
Teach, Learn, Share
To observe the nature can teach us more than any university lecture.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would be happy to share my passion for dance, my experiences of working with dying people or my enthusiasm for mountains and whales. And of course I would like to share my time :)
