Hello!

I'm Amparo, from a little town one hour from Valencia city. I studied Catalan Language and Literature at University of Alicante. When I finished my degree, I went to Edinburgh to work as an au pair in summer 2019. It was my first time living outside my country and I visited lot of places around Scotland using Couchsurfing (I deleted my old account during Covid19 pandemic). After the summer I started a master's degree at University of Valencia and now I'm living and working in Zadar.

I'm vegetarian in the proces of going vegan, but don't expect I cook anything special because I don't like it.

Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing

This is not my first time on Couchsurfing. I used it when I lived in Edinburgh to travel around Scotland. At that time I couldn't offer my place to other travelers, so now I want to give the opportunity to share moments and experiences with people who want to visit Croatia.

Insegna, impara, condividi

I can teach Catalan, my mother tongue, and Spanish. I can also give you some advice if you are thinking of visiting Spain, specially the Valencia region or some parts of Catalonia (places, traditions, gastronomy, music..).

Currently I'm learning Croatian and Italian, and improving my English. I hope start some day with Russian or Arabic language. I'm in love with diferent kinds of alphabets.
