Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and listen to their life experiences, I learn the lessons in people's life experience teaches you many things that we can't learn in any books.

Hosting someone is a great way to meet like-minded travelers when you're not travelling yourself. If you Couchsurf when you're travelling it's also nice to give back to others as people have given to you.

I am of the opinion that it's not just the place, but also the people that you visit the places with make the travel exciting and more meaningful. Couchsurfing is the best way to meet like minded travelers everywhere, and share their moments with each other. I joined couchsurfing when I met a couchsurfer at my friend's place in 2023 and found out that I could help by hosting the travelers.

I've met the most interesting people on couchsurfing I believe this is the best way to understand different cultures and perspectives. At times, people I hv met on Couchsurfing have enlightened me with wow facts which I did not learn despite reading so many books and research articles
