My name is Łukasz Furmańczyk. For twelve years I have been traveling around the world in various ways, by bicycle, motorcycle and car. I professionally operated and programmed CNC machines. I have conducted training all over the world. In 2023, I resigned from my full-time job and planned a solo bicycle trip around the world. On July 1st, I left Nordkapp and headed towards Signapore.
Travel is a symbol of freedom for us.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is my beginning in CS. I have been a member of the Warmshowers commune for seven years, it is an alternative group for bicycle travelers. My friends recommended me to join the CS community. I like getting to know culture and people from all over the world, which broadens my personal horizons. My house is open to everyone.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a bicycle trip from Vancouver to San Francisco. I met the people who went with me personally on the day I started the adventure. It was the best experience for her, great experiences and a friend for years.
