我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

There are a lot of reasons why I started this. One of them is that since I was young, when I went somewhere, I always enjoyed talking with local people because they always knew what I did not know. Therefore, when I went to France, I also expected similar experiences. However, I could not talk with local people as I expected because of a limitation of time or a language barrier. As a result, while my life in France was really joyful, I still feel sorry for not fully understanding their culture and history. Since then, I felt an immediate necessity of improving my language skills and having an opportunity to interact with local people for a long time.
To talk with local people to know more about local culture, and history, and also to improve my language skills, I decided to participate in this community.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

To tell you the truth, I took 38 credits of foreign language courses in my university. Since I took 127 credits in total, nearly 30 % of my credits are from foreign language courses. I'm sure this represents how I love to study foreign languages.
