About Me
Hi! Nice to meet you!
My name is Frida, I am 20 years old and I live in Copenhagen, Denmark.
My dream and plan is to explore as much of the world as possible in the next couple of years before starting uni. Unfortunately, I have neither won the lottery nor built a million-dollar business yet, so to afford my trips I have been working in a secondhand-store, at a kindergarten and as substitute teacher in Copenhagen.
In my spare time, you’re most likely to find me strolling around different flea markets in Copenhagen with my friends - I am really into fashion, but I don’t want my addiction to negatively impact the environment, so I have made a goal that everything I buy should have been used by someone else :))
Another thing I really love is hiking in the mountains and seeing the stunning views above the clouds. This is a rather sad hobby to have in Denmark, as it is literally the flattest country in the world, but that is a part of why I’m travelling ;))
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because I believe that the best way to get know a country and it’s culture is by getting to know the people of the country - the local people’s knowledge and experiences can not be read in tourist guidebook :))
Interests
- thrifting

- football
- hiking in the mountains
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I’ve done recently was to interrail through Europe for about a month with three of my friends - we had the time of our lives! Finally feeling the freedom after years of school - especially hiking the Albanian alps was a memorable adventure🏔️
