He has two associate professorships (Associate professor: management & strategy; Associate professor: Social Work). He serves as a Higher Degrees by Research (HDR) Examiner /Ph.D. Examiner. He is a Technology Transfer Office Board member, and Head of the Social Work and Consultancy Department. He is a COST | European Cooperation in Science and Technology group member. He is a Eurostars Technical Expert (EUREKA Secretariat). He is affiliated with WEGATE- the European Gateway for Women’s Entrepreneurship, and the Canadian Institute for International Law Expertise (CIFILE).
