l am an open-minded and optimistic person and don't worry too much about insignificant things.
I try to appreciate and enjoy my life more every day (especially the little things in life, of which we have so many)

I love going out into nature to discover new things (animals, plants or new places) but I also like to relax and make some Meditation or Yoga because that brings me back into myself.

I also play the guitar a lot, do calisthenics, read, go hiking and do martial arts with my Ukrainian friend and many more things that feel good right now...

While hiking, I encountered a Ukrainian, and despite a significant language barrier, our conversations unfolded into profound discussions about the universe and the world around us. Today, we meet regularly, and he shares his years of experience with various martial arts, acquired during his over 10 years in a Buddhist monastery. At the same time, I assist him in improving his German. This encounter not only fulfills my longing to finally learn martial arts but also enriches both of our lives in fascinating ways.
